Ask for a written quotation

Before paying, request the full price, named stays and room types, meals, transfers, activity charges, any taxes, exclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms. A budget selected in the planner is only your preference—not a price offered by the business.

Keep mountain plans flexible

Weather, road access and local requirements can affect the places you can reach. Ask about current conditions for your dates, any required permissions and an alternative plan. Images show places, not current conditions, promised weather or accommodation included in a booking.

Give Ladakh appropriate preparation

A high-altitude trip needs careful preparation. Read current official travel and acclimatisation guidance, discuss suitability with an appropriately qualified health professional when needed, and confirm permits and routes. Our example itinerary is not medical advice or a guarantee that a route is suitable for every traveller.

Tell the team what matters

Discuss the age range of your group, room arrangements, food preferences, walking expectations and any practical accessibility requirements directly. Do not assume a particular service or facility is included until it is confirmed.

A website enquiry is not a booking

The planner prepares a WhatsApp message. It does not send automatically, take payment, reserve rooms or confirm availability. The business must confirm any booking separately.

Travel with care

Leave places as you find them, ask before photographing people, keep litter with you and respect local guidance. Make time for the place rather than treating every stop as a photograph to collect.
